Read & Run on the Road License Application

Before you organize your first Read & Run on the Road event, you must obtain a Read & Run OTR license from Read & Run Tours.

You should not plan events, reach out to authors or speakers, or share this information with potential attendees before receiving approval. Before you submit your license application, please read through the Read & Run OTR rules thoroughly.

You should only begin to plan your first event once approval has been granted. However, you should be familiar enough with Read & Run on the Road events to have a rough plan for your event—and you’ll give us all the details in the application below! This helps us to make sure you understand the nature and spirit of the Read & Run on the Road program.

Once you have been granted a license to host Read & Run OTR events, you have one year to host as many events in your geographic area as you would like. With each event you host, you are required to notify Read & Run Tours via an Event Notification Form (to be sent after license approval).

Once your Read & Run on the Road License application is approved, you’ll be sent an organizer guide and other resources to help you plan and execute your first event!
